Hi guys! I am fairly new to Power Bi but I am having trouble displaying Contract Sales based by a unique and distinct column in one of my tables Contract Name.
I tried creating a data model because within the table, there is a connection with similar fields to connect with my sales data ( Product Line, Customer Number)
Many to many connections
But my output when I try to get my sales based on the Contract Name has the correct net sale amount but is not correct when the contract name is applied as it is showing the same amount of sales . Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
@cdawidow - Definitely some relationship issues going on there. You can possibly use USERELATIONSHIP to get around them. I can't exactly tell what is going on because I can't see what fields relate to what other fields in the tables. But, bottom line, you generally don't want loops in your data model. Perhaps see if you can merge your contract tables (Header, Details) into a single table. Might solve your issue.
