Hi, I am trying to Create an HTML Table using a measure as my values input for the HTML Content Visual.
The problem I am encountering is that I see my column headers repeating for every row I have when I add a measure for the granularity of the data.
Most Solutions online are quite outdated and tell me to input the Header with column names within the Formatting sections in the Visualizations Pane, however this is not available within the HTML Content Visual anymore.
Has anyone else come across this issue and found a work around so that the column headers are not repeated for every row?
Thanks in advance!
Solved! Go to Solution.
HTML Test 2 =
VAR Sales = summarize(Financials,Financials[Country],"sales","<tr><td><b>" & FORMAT([$ Sales], "$#,##0") & "</b></td></tr>")
RETURN "<HTML><table><tr><th>Total Sales</th></tr>" & CONCATENATEX(Sales,[sales]) & "</table></HTML>"
see attached.
Here's a sample File demonstrating my current issue. This file uses the data provided by the HTML Content Visual sample..
Expected Output:
Total Sales
$24,887,655
$23,505,341
$24,354,172
$20,029,830
It works!
the code does get the job done!
I guess my only concern now is in terms of performance of the Summarize function when dealing with large data sets.
Thanks for the help!
