HOW TO: Create a measure to sum the count of first occurrences

Having trouble in creating a measure to count the first time occurrences against unique response IDs.

Using the data below, creating a measure to count how may times the different unique Response Results appeared as the first Request Response ID for a Request ID.

Example of some data,

TableA

The final result should be,

Pleased = 1

Displeased = 1

Hold = 2

The logic i'm trying to achieve, using "Hold" as the example,

distinct(Request ID),

min(Request Response ID)

distinctcount(Response Result = "Hold")
