HIDE/UNHIDE Columns in TABLE based on Filter

Is there any way to use the column as a filter and then use the filter to hide/unhide the columns? I can only think of the bookmarks but with too many column to hide that's a lot of bookmarks to do.

This is the idea I am trying to achieve. I want to do it in Matrix/Table
