HELP: We couldn't parse the input provided as a Date value

Hi, i just loaded and refreshed a new data file to my power BI, but got error in power query as below. But the date format is exactly the same as the two files that were loaded in the power BI before. How to fix this issue?

@Anonymous , Make sure the data type of As of is Date

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Previously I have loaded 2 data files to my power BI. So now, I have loaded a new data file to combine with the previous data files. But the header for my new file appear as one of the row which cause the date column could not be detected as date. How can i remove this row and also make sure the next time when i load new file, this kind of error will not happen again?
