HELP - Line Chart puts Values on the line instead of over it.

Hello everyone, 

I am stuggeling to build a nice Line Chart, as the values are in the line. How can I fix this issue? 

Is it possible to arrage every single value like in ThinkCell?

What can I say?  I tried to give you some help to the best of my knowledge.

Maybe there is a custom chart available.

There's a 'position' option for data labels in the Format pane

This only let me arrange all data labels, not individually. And there is no option like: "Don't put it over other labels/graphs.
