[Net Movement] is a calculated measure

How do I calculate the previous month of CurrentEndingMembership and the difference of CurrentEndingMembership and PreviousMonthEndingMembership

Previous month = CALCULATE([CurrentEndingMembership],DATEADD(DateDim[Date],-1,MOMTH))
