Grouping not Working in power bi tabular visual

Hi,
Have dataset like below. I want to show this tabular data by grouping this wrt column A and B.
in default tabular visualization ,it does not appear like that.
by matrix visual we are getting such view, fields are added in rows. with the condition : in Row header.

 But when ever any new cataegory and sub category are coming those data are not showing , as those are not getting expanded .

@cgairik Use the Refersh button in Home Tab beside Transform data.

Need to refresh the data in power Bi Desktop or Power Query then only data gets updated in the table.

Hi,
It was already refreshed thatswhy F value is added under the category section. but it is not getting auto expanded. means without clicking that +/- sign on the data . 
And If I disable +/- button option that is not also expanding the data automatically in the other columns .
