Grouping/Ungrouping columns in Matrix

Is it possible to group columns in any PowerBI visuals? Please see example below on what I am trying to show. Appreciate the help!

To achieve what you are showing would require you to create a hierarchy first. 

Even after that, the first row will repeat multiple times.
