Grouping Categories In Pareto Chart With More Than 80%

Hi,

I created a pareto chart successfully, but I need to implement something that I have no ideia how to do.

My chart in PowerBI is like this:

But in Excel is like this: (Note that Desvios with more than 80%, are grouped in OUTRAS through the formula.

In Excel, the data model is as follows:

Note that when the percentage is more than 80%, the categories are grouped in "OUTRAS". This logic is in the first formula.

Here are the formulas of these columns in Excel:

Pacote: SE($CV$2=0;"Sem desvios";SE(DB5="";"";SE(DB4<=0,8;CT5;SE(DB4="% Desvio Acumulado";CT5;"OUTRAS"))))
Desvio: =SE(SE($CV$2=0;"";SE(DB5="";"";SOMA($CV$4:DESLOC(CT3;CORRESP("TOTAL GERAL";CT4:CT1019;0);2;1;1))*(DB5-SE(DB4="% Desvio acumulado";0;DB4))))="";"Erro"*15;SE(DB5="";"";SOMA($CV$4:DESLOC(CT3;CORRESP("TOTAL GERAL";CT4:CT1019;0);2;1;1))*(DB5-SE(DB4="% Desvio acumulado";0;DB4))))
% Desvio Acumulado: =SE($CV$2=0;1;SE(DB4="";"";SE(E(CW4>=0,8;DB4=1);"";SE(E(CW4>0,8;DB4="% Desvio acumulado");CW5;SE(CW4>0,8;1;CW5)))))

Someone can help me, please?

    Hi Anonymous,

    It seems that you could create a calculated colum by if to group the category to be OUTRAS when the Desvios is More Than 80%.

    If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it?

    You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

    Best Regards,
