Group by Data Ranges

Hi,

I have a chart that present number of customers from each country.

I want to present only countries with a specfic threshold.

for example: show only countries with 5 customers and above.

The model look like:

there is a column of country and column of Leads.

the chart take as value the Leads and sum it up by country and the X axis present date

Try Creating a chart like this:

I will be very happy if someone tells how to do this. I would like to know how to group by range any values, not only date.
