Group By

Wondered if anyone could put me on the right track.

I have a table with 5 columns

ID, Present, Authorised, UnAuthorised, Date

• I want to aggregate the table by the ID between Dates
• Then calculate the % of Present/(Authorised+UnAuthorised+Present)
• Then check to see how many % are below 90%

This seems a simple question but I am getting confused with how to combine GROUPBY , SUMMERIZE and can this be done dynamically when a date slicer is changed ?
