Graph bar Color Saturation

Hi I have a requirement to add two constant lines to my bar graph which contains both negative and positive numbers. The one constant line is positive and the other negative, Is there any way to have the bars which fall within those bands be a certain color and the rest another color?

In this scenario, you can use a line and column chart. And you can edit the color of lines in chart format.

Sorry this is not the solution i was looking for. I actually need the bars colours within a certain band to change
