Gradient Colour Measure

I need to create various visuals that include table and pie/bar charts that show the RAG staus of a project. Conditional formatting won't work because I need gradient colours ie: Ambe/Green, Amer/Red as well as the standard RAG. I think it might have to be a measure but I can't work this out. Any help greatly appreciated !

I have a table example above. Each Project and the current RAG status. I want to display the RAG colour instead of the RAG text ie: the Amber/Green gradient in the table cell instead of the the Amber./Green text. Conditional formatting will only let me use solid colours which is fine for the Red, Amber,Green but it won't work for the graidents. Any ideas?

If you need this gradient for 1 cell/bar / other this is not possible on power bi..
You need to give each status its own color.
