Google Analytics: Expression Error

Hi there,

I have successfully connected Power Bi to Google Analytics, but get the following error when trying to get my data: Expression.Error: Google Analytics requires that at least one measure be specified.

Any ideas?

Thank You

Hi @vandermerwee,

If your scenario is similar with this thread. If it is, please click Dimensions and metrics to import data from Google Analytics to Power BI Desktop, and check if it works fine. If not, please share more details.

Best Regards,
Angelia

Hi!

I also met this issue when I acciendtly import data with only one value (no dimension selected) from GA to PowerBI.

But after I deleted this data table on my PowerBi desktop, this error keep existed. As a result, I even can't modify any other data table.

Every time I clicked the Add Item step, it tell me I need to fix an error in previous step.

Capture.PNGCapture.PNG

Every time I clicked the Navigation step, it shows the error as above.

But you can see this table has dimension and value and shouldn't have this problem.

I don't know where to fix the problem because I don't know where is having this problem!

I feel it's like a global problem and also effected my other PowerBI files!

Do you know how to fix it?

Computer restart is not working for this...
