Go from hundredths (Decimal numbers) to minutes.

Hi everyone,

I have the following decimal number format and I need to convert it to minutes, do you know how I could do it?

Captura.JPG

For example, if we see the number 24.70 I need to convert the decimals to minutes (only the decimal value, in this case 70), it would be 70 * 0.6 = 42 minutes. The result I need is 24.42.

Thanks!

Regards

Hi @Anonymous,

I'd like to suggest you add a calculated column to re-calculated store these values:

M.Second =
INT ( Table[Value] )
    + ( Table[Value] - INT ( Table[Value] ) ) * 0.6

New column   = Round([Column],0) + ( [Column] - Round([Column],0) ) * 0.6

Hello,
This metric doesn't work, since the given value is 24.82, what I'm looking for is 24.42.
This result is obtained by dividing the decimal part of 24.70 by 0.60, that is 70 / 0.60 = 42.
