GitHub Connector Not Pulling Data for Contributions and Issues Tables

Hi everyone,

I'm using the Power BI GitHub connector to pull data from an organizational repository I already can access. However, while most tables (e.g., RepoDetails, Pull Requests) pull data successfully, the Contributions and Issues tables are empty.

Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:

  1. In Data Source Settings, I cleared permissions and re-entered them using my GitHub account.
  2. Set the Privacy Level for the data source to Organizational.
  3. I verified that I have access to the repository.

Despite this, the data in the Contributions and Issues tables isn't showing up. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi @xyrodriguez

Double-check that your GitHub account has the necessary permissions to access contributions and issues data. Sometimes, specific permissions are required for different types of data.

Ensure that there are recent contributions and issues in the repository. If there are no recent activities, these tables might appear empty.
