Getting visual level filter condition in DAX

Hi,

 

I am trying to create a new Measure Column using DAX, How can I add the Visual level filter condition value to the DAX.

Hi @madan27,

You want to create a measure or calculated column based on a particular value? If it is, you can add filter in DAX like the following formula.

Result=CALCULATE(SUM(Table[sale]),FILTER(Table, Table[column]="specificr value"))


If this is not what you want, please share more details or sample data for further analysis.

Thanks @v-huizhn-msft. I got the result using FILTERS.

 

I need to get the "specificr value" from "Visual Level Filter" condition instead of keeping static.

Table[column]="specificr value"

 

Hi @madan27,

The "Visual Level Filter" comes from separate Table? Can you create a measure to get the value? Like "selectvalue=CALCULATE(Max(Table[column]),ALLSELECTED(Table))". If it is, please replace it to filter in DAX.

Table[column]=[selectvalue]
