I have a dashboard for which the summary data is shown in the Card visual below = 7.16%. I'm trying to calculate a new Measure based on that 7.16% and as an interim step, need it to replicate in the Matrix visual for each instance where NaN is shown below.
The zzVOLATILITY measure that's referenced in the Card visual below is the equal-weighted average of the standard-deviations of the rows of data in the matrix. E.g., It's the average of the Volatility for each 2004, 2005, 2006, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, @mrothschild
Your model is so complex that I can't be completely clear about your table structure.
But with this requirement of yours, you can use the MAXX function to take out a constant card value. For example, you could create a measure like the following:
_CardValue =
var _card=MAXX(SUMMARIZE('Input - Depreciation',"1",[zzDepreciation Average - Selected]),[1])
return _card
Maybe you need to modify the formula to work for your case.
See, in this way the measure is a constant value in the matrix. That's what you want.
Hope this helps.
