Hi,
If we want to start using Azure maps, develop some Power BI reports in desktop & publish them in service, will just step 1 suffice? If so, then why/what scenarios would one need to setup step 2?
1. Enable Azure map in tenant settings
2. Create Azure Map Account (with a subscription and resource group)
Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

@BindiyaThota To get started with Azure Maps in Power BI, enabling Azure Maps in the tenant settings (Step 1) is generally sufficient for basic usage. This allows you to use Azure Maps visualizations in Power BI reports and publish them to the Power BI service.

@BindiyaThota , This is required for more advanced features like
If you need to use custom data layers, geospatial services, or other advanced features provided by Azure Maps, For Accessing Azure Maps API directly for custom applications .
And to track usage and cost associated with Azure maps
