Getting data sets with different date ranges to start at origin of graph

Would there be anyway to get every data set to start at the origin? The x axis is year and month combined into one.

@Anonymous,

Do you want all the lines in your chart to start from the 201608 point? If so, for those dates that lack values in each Legend, you would need to add rows in your table and set their values to be 0.
