Getting data from Amazon Redshift

Hello,

I have got very big issue and I dont know if it is good place to ask about it, but I will try.

I am not able to get data from amazon redshift. I am getting error saying that columns and tables are empty. 

I have contacted IT and they dont know why it is happening. I have got all the accesses.

Have you ever got problem like this? Do you know how to solve it?

@FILIPKACZMAR , This can be because of credentials, permission, or IP whitelisting issue
