Getting Incorrect Grand Total in Matrix

Folks help me to get correct Total. 

DataSource - Super Store

Row - Sub Category

Column - Region

Values - Sum of Sales

For your convenience, you can use any data source when you filter the measure, grand total will not match. 

data without filter(sum of sales > 100000), getting correct total

data with filter(sum of sales > 100000), NOT getting correct total.

Below is the expected output 

Let me know the best way to achieve expected result.
