Get same number of decimal places as source

Hi Experts,

Need your help here.

I have a source data where we have 6 to 7 decimal places but when i import this data in Power BI,  It changes to two decimal places. Is there any way i can show the data as it is in source. The data should not be rounded

For example: same decimal places as we have in the Distance (SQL)

hi @Shadaiv

try to delete the automatically added "Changed Type" step in the Applied Steps pane.

Hi @FreemanZ . Thanks for your reply.

There is no 'Changed Type' step under Applied steps.

We are using SQL database as the source. When we import data in Power BI, it shows data type as decimal under transformation layer but can see only 2 decimal places not more than that.

In the reporting layer also if we try to set the decimal palce to more than 2, it just add 0's at the end.
We tried importing the same data from Excel, it works fine. We can see all decimal places
