Get rows between 2 data points

Hi Everyone,

We are scanning first and last barcode from a bundle of barcodes on sharepoint and assigning that to a person who checked them out. We have an excel file that have all barcodes in sequence. Can you please suggest me how do I populate the all barcodes from that bundle and who checked them out in power BI? I've attached the screenshot of sample data.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

filter(generate(Table1, Table2), Table2[List of barcode] >= Table1[Start Barcode] && Table2[List of barcode] <= Table1[End Barcode] )
