Get rid of the scroll bar issue once I export table

Hi all,

I created a table and want to generate sub-tables with a maximum of 5 rows, categorized by Category column. However, a scrollbar is consistently appearing, disrupting the export process.  

I need to get rid of the scroll bar issue once I export table pBI visuals .

To eliminate the scrollbar, I've used 'TOP N', but this only displays the initial 5 rows for each Category column(used as filter).So, if the table consists of more than 5 rows after using the filter I am unable to visualize the subtables; 2nd and 3rd sets of 5 rows.

I've also created DAX solely to achieve this, but whenever I modify the Category, the filter is overridden, so I can not get the expected outcome. 

I also could not reach this with paginated reports.

Anyone have any solutions for this? Thank you all in advance.

I attached the .pbix. As you can see in the sample report, there are bar charts, cards and pages.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this solution is not working for us. We need to split records according to the index column to different tabs to eliminate scroll. Each page should display data for selected filter as first 5, second 5, third 5, etc. I do not see any upload botton to upload the file otherwise, I will be happy to share sample file with you.

I didn’t fully understand the logic you're trying to use to limit the number of rows. However, in addition to using Top N, it seems you could also leverage the new Data Limit feature

If it isn't help 

please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
