Get non blank value from previous row

Hi,

I need to create a column that fetches the last non-blank value as an example.

Initial data:

Column that i need to create:

Yellow column it's the goal, green column is to exemplify the logic, if the column "Avaliação Final" have data, i use that data, if the follow rows doesn't have, i use the previous data available.
