Hi everyone,
Is it possible to get the data out of the tables from the following web page?
https://www.cftc.gov/dea/futures/deacmelf.htm
I struggle to import the data as a table. The only option I identified so far is to get the data as a text file and model into tables.
Thanks a lot,
Max
Hi @Anonymous ,
Generally, data in a website are stored in a json or xml, but in your scenario, the table use the "." and ":" as the spliter of column and row, the table isn't using the normal format, PowerBI can't handle it directly.
You can consider using Python and Regular Expression to get the data, but it is not easy.
Best Regards,
Teige
