Get Rank from measures based on slicer result

Hello, I'm trying to determine if something is possible or if I need to come up with some other solution like just showing a full table versus having a single card with a value.  I'm trying to put together a basic view that would use 2 slicers; date and employee name.   The request is that when the employee's name is picked from the slicer you would see some information related to their results.   For example a count or a sum of revenue associated with them.   They also want to see where this person is ranked among other people with the same title as this person.   So if there are 10 people as Sales Engineer I for example, they want to show this person is ranked 5th for some result.  Currently those results don't exist in a table however and are found in a measure.   Is it possible to somehow show Employee x is ranked 5th out of Sales Engineer I's for Result 1 when those values don't currently exist in a table and may change when the date slicer is used?
