Get Data from SQL without function Table

hi 

i have problem in power bi desktop when connect to my software SQL server.

in this software we have 500 Data table and 23000 function . when i want connect to this SQL Server , power bi get total table (data table and function) that power bi occur not responding.

how connect to only data table trough power bi ?

please help

Is the following not an option:

Get Data --> SQL Server datbase -->

fill in the server and database.

And if you like, create a basic sql statement that should be executed (select * from [database])

Or create a more explicit sql statement, which retrieves only the data you want.
