Get Data from SFTP Server

I have on-prem files on SFTP server and I need to create dashboard in PBI Desktop in my own laptop. How do I connect to those files in the server?

Hi @aishahslmn 

PBID doesn't have an SFTP connector so you'll need to get the files into a location that PBID can acces them.  

Can you run a HTTP server on your SFTP server?  You can then use a web connector in PBID.

You could write a Python script to get the files.

Otherwise you'll have to move the files off the SFTP server some other way.
