Get Data from HDB files

Is there a way how to get data source from HDB files .hdb ?

Did you know there are at least a dozen software applications that use the .HDB file extension?  (I didn't)  

 

Please provide more details.

The files log Building management data such, air flow, voltage current etc.. I need to connect Power BI to these files so I can display daily/ Monthly consumptions etc..
