Get Conversion Percentages

I have two tables leads and opps, I firstly need to work out the conversion percentage of lead records created to the those converted into an opportunity.

So say i have 2 leads in March and one is convered the conversion % that month would be 50%, i also then need to break this down by the oppotunity status.

So again if i have 3 leads, 2 are converted to opps, and one is marked as won. The conversion percantege would be %33 in this case.

Any help on how i can do this is most appreaciated.
