Generated Conditional Row Automatically

Hello Everyone.

I hope you're doing well.

I need your help.

I need to create a clustered column chart that should show the number of vacant and leased units every month during the number of years.

The sum of two columns in the chart should give the total number of units, but that doesn't work, because the database makes a record of units just when the status changes.

So, I need a function to generate rows automatically every month for every unit to keep copying the last unit status that comes from the database.

Are there any kind of functions or other solutions or ideas to get the same result?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards.

Abdullah Maher.
