Generate Tableau graph in PowerBI

Hi! We are starting to migrate some dashboards from tableau to power bi, and im having difficulty copying this dual axis chart on PowerBI

This dual axis has a bubble for every state of an order, and also the form in other axis

Does anyone knows how to do this kind of graph on PBI??

Do the states/images need to be dynamic? could you just use static images and place some Smart Narrative text below them?

If not, you could take a look at:

I found another solution, using a matrix and a conditional column with the url of the images as headers

Not THAT good as i wanted, but still good enough.

It would be awesome if it is dynamic, because the states can change in time.

But for the moment the image with the number below is the best solution.

Thanks!
