Generate Alert for filtered kpi

Hi everyone!

Thank you very much um advance for all help provided.

I have a dashboard with Multiple kpi's of about 400 partners, where i can determine if they should get contacted or not by a calculated variable.

Is it possible for a automated e-mail (using robots ou Power Automator) to be trigered to any partners (each of them has its own destination e-mail) that check that variable?

My problem is that i have only One dashboard where i can check all the partners.
