Hello,
I was hoping someone could direct me to the best approach to creating this report.
As you can see, I have a division slicer and a Catalog # slicer. The table needs to be filtered based on those selections.
I know slicers cannot be used in measures. I even tried the workaround that I have seen posted on the internet and it sort of worked but it was awkward for the user to type in the % value.
I tried calculating columns instead of measures but received circular dependency errors and from what I understand the columns in the table below will not filter based on slicer selections.
If measures don't work because of the slicer issue and calculated columns don't work because of the dependency issue, what is the solution? This seems like it should be much easier than it is. I appreciate all of you for your help. I can provide more info, if needed, but wanted to start with my general problem first.
Hi,
Would you be OK with the slicer showing percentage groupings i.e. 0%-5%, 6%-10% and so on, rather than single scalar values (which could also be many)? If yes, then share theese buckets and the download link of the PBI file.
