Greeting community , 

i have 3 measures : total workers , female workers and male workers .

i want to have a visual like this : 

is it possible in Power BI ? even with custom visuals ?

Hi @Anonymous !

You can achive something similar with 2 images, 1 for female & other for male, make sure these images are right colored. Now your next part is to create spearate measure for Male & Female percentage. Place these measures on Card Visual & Overlay Male & Females Icons over tose card visuals using slection pane.

The filling of the Image icon seems a bit tricky here, you can place a bar to control show the percentage sign which will provide the same effect.
