Gauge Target value zero

Hi,

I am having issues with my Gauge chart.

I have a table with Max & Target data with dates and another table which shows the revenue date wise.

Gauge is showing correctly for the past month with actual, target and max. But for the future months, I have some actual numbers but those months have no target & max values. Below are screenshots-

July-It's working fine (past month)

October is all blank (with just tiny actual)

Actual data in Power BI table (Target & Max)

My guess, the reason is the materiality of the value in october against the target & max as it is working for other months, but just want to be sure, thanks for your help.

Please create a pbix file that contains some sample data but still reflects your data model (tables, relationships, calculated columns, and measures), upload the pbix to Onedrive or Dropbox, and share the link.  Please use Excel to create the sample data instead of the manual input method share the xlsx as well.

Describe the expected results based on the sample you provide.
