Gateway is configured correctly but is unreachable

Hi,

I have installed on-premises data gateway (personal mode) on a server of ours but i am getting the following error.

What ports would i need to open up to get this to work and is there a config file this it to be updated in? 

Below is the error i get.

I had a look through the forums and found this post.

I could find the string in the config file though to edit.
