Gateway connection issues

Esteemed, as you go.

First of all, it's nice to be sharing this space.

On the other hand, tell them that I have the following situation:

Connect from PowerBi Desktop to a SQL database via IP address and port xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx working correctly.

When I post to PowerBi and after creating gateway I notice that the chain doesn't work

But creating a new data source on the gateway and using the format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,xxxx that is with a comma and not with a colon works.

My question on the one hand, how can I edit the connection string in powerbi after publishing or how can I change it to a working source?

I'm new to this.

Thanks a lot

Best regards

Pablo

Hi @PabloVisioli ,

You should use the IP:Port format when configuring the gateway.
