Gateway Oracle as Data Source

Hello, I'm getting this error when I refresh via Gateway. I'm certain my problem is ODAC.

My question is, do I need to install SQL Developer and ODAC (ODAC121010Xcopy_x64) or installing ODAC (ODAC121010Xcopy_x64) only on the Gateway server will work?

I installed ODAC121010Xcopy_x64 on Gateway in C:\Oracle and C:\ODAC64 but refresh still fails with this error message:
