Gaps in Clustered Column Chart when showing Top 5 Category per Month

Hi All, 

I am struggling with an issue. Instead of showing overall top 5 using top N filter using filter pane.

I am showing top 5 categories per month. Whenever there is a change in the top 5, there is gap in the clustered column chart. Example below -

@raimon , You get these gaps when the value for the legend is missing.

Refer this video I have discussed another way, Two on Axis- Expand -> Sort on-axis and concatenate label off

This helps but does not solve the issue I had. Since I need legend for the category as well.
