Gantt chart
I am currently using Version: 2.49.4831.521 64-bit (August 2017), and don't know when it will be updated by the company. I can't see any detail on the Gantt Visual. When I import pbix. files from other users, still can't see any data. Can anypone help please.

Based on my test, if other users use the latest version of Power BI desktop to create the PBIX file , then I cannot see any data after opening the pbix file using the old version(2.49.4831.521) . Please update your desktop to the latest version if you can download and install it by yourself. And it is recommended to use the latest one. If you cannot download it by yourself, kindly remind the IT department of your company to update it.
