Gantt Chart free visual

I think that the most flexible way is creating the Gantt "manually" with matrix and conditional formatting.

If you want to use the free gantt chart, you can consider to use the gantt comed from app visual, but it has some limitations. 

If you want to  build tasks by hierarchy and timeline in quarters in visual, you can consider to create a custom visual, you can refer to the following link about the custom visual.

you could go for the solution with conditional formatting as suggested by Ritaf1983 , or try a solution using SVG images in a standard matrix visual.
