Gant chart based on matrix table with progression

Hello,

I'm working on the Gantt chart based on the matrix table and would like to achive something like that with the colours, so in general from the first date to second I have one colour and then from second to third another one:Screenshot 2023-08-31 104831.png

At the moment I have a measure that gives me 1 numbers during the whole project, but I was wondering how to divide it into several numbers like: first stage = 1, second stage = 2, then I would be able to dd conditional formatting:

CF Gantt =
VAR StartDate =
    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( dimE[Epic Start Date] ),
        REMOVEFILTERS ( 'dimDate' )
    )
VAR GoDate =
    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( dimE[Epic Go/NoGo Date] ),
        REMOVEFILTERS ( 'dimDate' )
    )
VAR EndDate =
    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( dimE[Epic End Date] ),
        REMOVEFILTERS ( 'dimDate' )
    )
VAR ProjectPeriod =
    MIN ( 'dimDate'[Date] ) >= StartDate
        && MIN ( 'dimDate'[Date] ) <= EndDate
VAR Result =
    IF (
        ISBLANK ( StartDate ),
        BLANK (),
        IF (
            ProjectPeriod,
            1
            )
        )
RETURN
    Result

Data model look like this:
