GETDATA>Folder Error

Hello,

I receive excel reports that are stored in a synology server.
The problem I have is when I try to do GETDATA>Folder with UNC or SMB link, I ended up having an error:

I did some cross tests where GETDATA>Folder works fine on a local drive.
And that GETDATA>Excel works fine even if the file was in the Synology Server.

Is this perhaps a limitation? Does anyone know a workaround please?
