Funnels with cumulative user count

Hi All,

i have events dataset (example dataset below)

SuyogBI_89_0-1654005314172.png

Using this data set i have to create funnel visulization where i want to see how many users completed the process i.e from Signed up to Field Viewed.

Problem: I have created funnel and added Event in Category and User count in Values, but i am getting entire count of users who have done any of the above event. i want only users who have done all the 3 events i e Signed up,Field Created, Field Viewed

For Example : 1st bar of funnel should be Total no Users who Signed Up (lets say 100 users signed up)

2nd Bar of Funnel should be Total no Users who Created Field out of that 100 users (lets say 75 users created Field)

3rd Bar of Funnel should be Total no Users who viewed Field out of that 75 users (lets say 50 users Viewed Field)

I tried to create measure as below but getting blank values

1.
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK(Events[user_id]),FILTER(Events,'Events'[event] ="Signed Up" && 'Events'[event] ="Field Created" && 'Events'[event] ="Field Viewed"))
2.
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK(Events[user_id]),FILTER(Events,'Events'[event] ="Signed Up") ,FILTER(Events,'Events'[event] ="Field Created"),FILTER(Events,'Events'[event] ="Field Viewed"))

Can you PLease help me to solve this?

Thanks In Advance

Suyog

Hi @ryan_mayu

thanks for replying.

My requirement is to see the users who followed process i.e 1st signed up 2nd field created 3rd field viewed.

the users who did first step should only come in 2nd step, same if user has done 1st and 2nd step then only he should come in 3rd step.

the solution you provided has all the users in 2nd and 3rd bar's.

Hi @ryan_mayu ,

thank you for reply. it solved the problem for one funnel,

i have requirement for other funnel where i have 6 events which also should follow the same process i. e users who did first step should only come in 2nd step, same if user has done 1st and 2nd step then only he should come in 3rd step , same if user has done 1st,2nd,3rd step then only he should come in 4th step, same if user has done 1st,2nd,3rd,4th step then only he should come in 5th step, same if user has done 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th step then only he should come in 6th step.

can you please let me know how to handle this case?

i tried myself from your inputs in the file could't acheive this.

Thanks in Advance,
