Funnel is not looking like funnel after sorting it by stage.

Hi All,

I have sorted the funnel by stage but it it not looking like funnel.This is the expected sequence but the visual is not looking like funnel.Can you please help me with the fix and make it look like funnel?

Hi @Anonymous , Looks like it is set up right - confirm that you actually have 23 opportunities in the target category , 8 in qualify etc. If that is correct the visual is working as it should. Your problem seems to be that your current data isn't aligned to a good funnel shape. For a funnel to look perfect you need smaller values as you progress through stages. And realistically this isn't always the case with many sales processes. 

I also recommend you don't include the 3 Closed status' in your funnel chart - they will always be the biggest values - it may be better to show them in a separate visual. Below is an example, along with your current data vs one with perfect data for a funnel.
