Can a chart like this be created in Power BI with the data labels showing % of Total?

I followed the solution and started showing % of total for the largest category vs it being 100%. However, my subsequent percentages show as % of 1st. I have no choice in Format-Data Labels - Options-Data Content to select to display as % of total for all other bars. My only options is to show as % of 1st or % of previous (or data, etc.).

Yup. This almost gets me there. I guess we can't show both the % and the number together in the data label though with this method since the number itself is a %. Good enough though.
@vickyd , seems like Tornado chart , check if that works

@amitchandak , I had the same problem, however in my use case (Sales split by day with amounts & %contribution) this was a better resolve. Thank you for suggesting this 😀
